By booking an appointment or making a purchase, you agree to the applicable policies and terms presented at the time of booking or purchase.

Appointments, services, and therapist availability are subject to availability.
For couples, groups, or special arrangements, please contact us if you need assistance with your booking.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for parking, check-in, restroom use, and getting ready for your treatment.
Your treatment is scheduled to begin at your appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment to avoid delaying the next guest.
Depending on availability and the length of the delay, an appointment may need to be modified or rescheduled.
We understand that plans can change. Cancellation, rescheduling, late-cancellation, and no-show terms are based on the policy applicable to your appointment and presented during the booking process.

Spa services are available to guests 18 years of age and older.
Most Silver Sea Day Spa services are available to both women and men. Certain treatments may have specific eligibility requirements or restrictions as noted in the service description.
Women’s Escapes are exclusively available for female guests.
Silver Sea Day Spa does not currently offer prenatal massage.
Guests should inform us of any relevant conditions, sensitivities, injuries, allergies, or concerns that may affect their treatment.
Silver Sea Day Spa provides professional massage and spa services only.
Guests are encouraged to communicate their pressure preferences, focus areas, comfort level, and any concerns before or during treatment.
Professional draping practices are used during massage treatments, and guests may undress to their personal comfort level.
Inappropriate sexual behavior, harassment, threatening or abusive conduct, or other inappropriate behavior toward staff or guests will not be tolerated and may result in the service being stopped.
Steam room and shower amenities are available with select services and experiences and are subject to availability.
Guests should follow staff instructions when using spa amenities.
Silver Sea Day Spa accepts various forms of payment.
Available payment options and any applicable charges will be disclosed at the time of payment.
Gratuities are optional and always appreciated. The amount is entirely at the guest’s discretion.
Silver Sea Day Spa offers massage and facial packages. Package options, pricing, number of treatments, validity periods, and other terms may vary by package.
Please review the applicable package details at the time of purchase.
Packages cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
Silver Sea Day Spa memberships may include benefits, services, or preferred member value based on the selected membership plan.
Membership benefits, billing, renewal, usage, cancellation, and other terms are based on the membership selected and the terms presented at enrollment.
Silver Sea Day Spa gift cards may be used toward eligible purchases at Silver Sea Day Spa.
Gift cards are subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Promotional offers, promotional credits, or complimentary certificates may have separate terms and restrictions.
Promotions, discounts, and special offers may have specific eligibility requirements, redemption periods, service restrictions, or other terms.
Offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.
Silver Sea Day Spa offers select skincare and retail products for purchase at the spa, including Yon-Ka Paris skincare products.
Product selection and availability may vary.
Return or exchange eligibility may vary by purchase type. Please contact us if you have questions about a purchase.
Silver Sea Day Spa is not responsible for personal items that are lost, misplaced, damaged, or left behind.
Please keep valuables with you and check your belongings before leaving the spa.
Silver Sea Day Spa is committed to providing a professional, respectful, and comfortable environment for our guests and staff.
Guests are expected to treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect.
Inappropriate sexual behavior, harassment, abusive or threatening language, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
Silver Sea Day Spa may stop a service or decline future service when reasonably necessary to maintain a safe, professional, and respectful environment.
Services, availability, pricing, packages, memberships, promotions, and policies may change from time to time.
The terms applicable to a specific booking, purchase, promotion, package, or membership will be those presented in connection with that transaction.
