Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to request credit card info at the time of booking.
We respectfully request that all changes and cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance by emailing info@silverseadayspa.com or calling 408-258-8898. If the appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the cost of the service.
Age Requirements
We serve all non-pregnant women and men of all ethnicity who are ages 18 and up.
Arrival Policy
New Clients: Please arrive 10 minutes early.
Regular Clients: Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule.
Accepted Methods of Payment
Silver Sea Day Spa accepts cash, debit cards, all major credit cards, and Silver Sea Gift Certificates.
Credit Card Fee Disclosure
Effective on February 2019, Silver Sea Day Spa charges a 2% fee for using a credit card at check-out. There are no surcharges for using a debit card, prepaid card or cash payments.
Gratuities
It is customary, though not required, to leave a gratuity for your service provider. Gratuities are left to the discretion of each client. 15% is considered the minimum of a decent tip, 20% and up is considered excellent.
Gift Certificate Redemption
It is the responsibility of the recipient of the certificate to show our front desk staff the voucher code located on the front top right of the gift certificate. A gift certificate can only be redeemed once with a valid voucher code. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
Return Policy
All services and products purchased, including gift certificates, are non-exchangeable & non-refundable.
Lost Personal Items
Silver Sea Day Spa is not responsible for lost items or items left behind.

At Silver Sea Day Spa, we are committed to maintaining high professional standards to all of our valued clients. We kindly request that you (our client) practice proper etiquette to our staff, in return.
As a valued client, it’s your responsibility to:
1. Communicate your preferences, expectations, and concerns.
2. Treat our staff with courtesy and respect. Abusive language and inappropriate sexual behavior will not be tolerated.

Ensuring the security of our client’s personal information is very important to us. All personal information we collect will only be used by Silver Sea Day Spa to follow up with our client’s inquiry and alert the client of upcoming updates and changes. We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.
